This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.
• Serve as the Local Safety Officer and Medical Information Specialist in Spain (nomination according to local standards)
• Liaise with Health Authorities
• Ensure adherence to relevant local guidelines and regulations
• Gather, process, and relay safety information, product quality complaints, and medical device incidents
• Establish and maintain quality standards for local pharmacovigilance activities
• Conduct weekly monitoring of local literature reviews
• Engage in inspections and/or audits
• Oversee the survey and monitoring of national pharmacovigilance regulations
• Receive and address medical information inquiries from patients and healthcare professionals
• Degree in Biology, Pharmacy, Medicine, or another life science
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance
• Located in Spain
• Proficient in both Spanish and English
• Competent in computer skills (MS Office) and experienced with PV databases
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
