Pharmacist-In-Charge

📋 Description

• Provide clinical oversight to support the non-dispensing pharmacy operations of the company.

• Ensure that the employer-backed cash-pay pharmacy model delivers precise clinical reviews and upholds patient safety.

• Work collaboratively with the Product, Operations, and Compliance teams to establish scalable pharmacy workflows.

• Assess and clinically verify prescription information for accuracy.

• Collaborate with Product to create automated criteria and ensure compliant workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• A valid California pharmacist license, active and in good standing with the board of pharmacy is essential.

• An active Idaho pharmacist license or a commitment to obtain one is required.

• A Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree or an equivalent qualification is necessary.

• Additional multi-state licensure is highly advantageous.

• 3–5+ years of pharmacy experience is preferred, particularly in a digital, non-dispensing, or regulated healthcare setting.

• Extensive knowledge of Surescripts, e-prescribing workflows, PDMP checks, HIPAA regulations, and pharmacy compliance standards is crucial.
