• Accountable for driving the sales and promotion of Lilly products within a designated territory, targeting dermatologists and allergists.
• Execute all necessary responsibilities within the assigned territory according to established expectations, promoting designated products as part of the Immunology sales team.
• Consistently adhere to internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Achieve or surpass the established goals for account/call activity and time spent in the territory.
• Identify and implement HQ-approved educational programs and resources to leverage identified opportunities across target accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate a complex healthcare ecosystem (including payers, health systems, and business drivers) with strategic thinking and critical analysis to enhance access and improve patient outcomes.
• Evaluate sales data and propose actions to optimize opportunities in alignment with brand strategy.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the disease state, our products, the competitive landscape, and key market players.
• Generate customer value, demand, and advocacy for the brand.
• Establish and nurture relationships with decision-makers in accounts to effectively implement business unit/brand strategy.
• Leverage all marketing and sales materials tailored for the target audience, which includes physicians, healthcare providers, and clinic personnel.
• Strategically plan and organize activities to ensure consistent coverage of the territory in line with a defined action plan.
• Engage in training and development initiatives while complying with all corporate and industry policies and procedures.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales within Immunology is preferred.
• Proven history of sales success and documented achievements.
• Experience in managing complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Familiarity or comprehensive understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to travel as needed, including overnight stays and/or weekends.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Residency within the designated territory is required.
• Proficient in CRM platforms.
• Strong communication and organizational capabilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
