This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Accountable for driving the sales and promotion of Lilly products within a designated territory.
• Carrying out all necessary responsibilities in the assigned territory in line with specified expectations.
• Consistently adhering to internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Achieving or surpassing the established goals for account/call activity and time spent in the territory.
• Analyzing sales data and proposing actions to optimize opportunities that align with brand strategy.
• Establishing and nurturing relationships with decision-makers in accounts to implement business unit/brand strategy.
• A BA/BS Degree is mandatory.
• A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Immunology is preferred.
• A documented history and proven track record of sales achievements.
• Experience in managing complex accounts within integrated health systems.
• Knowledge or extensive understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including overnight and/or weekend trips.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• Proficient in using CRM platforms.
• Exceptional communication and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
