• The Immunology Territory Manager will be accountable for promoting and selling Lilly products within a specified territory, engaging with dermatologists and allergists.
• Execute all necessary duties in the assigned territory in line with set expectations, promoting designated products within the Immunology sales team.
• Consistently adhere to all internal policies, procedures, and the PhRMA code.
• Achieve or surpass specified goals for account/call activity and time spent in the territory.
• Select and implement HQ-approved educational programs and resources to leverage identified opportunities across target accounts and stakeholders.
• Navigate a complex healthcare ecosystem (including payers, health systems, and business drivers) with strategic insight and critical thinking to enhance access and patient impact.
• Analyze sales data and suggest actions to optimize opportunities in line with brand strategy.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, our products, the marketplace, and key competitors.
• Generate customer value, demand, and advocacy for the brand.
• Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers in accounts to implement business unit/brand strategies.
• Plan and coordinate activities to ensure consistent and regular coverage of the territory according to an action plan.
• Engage in training and development programs while complying with all industry and corporate policies and procedures.
• BA/BS degree is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Immunology is preferred.
• A proven history of sales success is essential.
• Experience in navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems is required.
• Familiarity or comprehensive understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model is necessary.
• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as required, including overnight and weekend travel.
• Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.
• The candidate must reside within the territory.
• Proficiency in CRM platforms is required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams) is required.
