πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Accountable for driving the sales and promotion of Lilly products within a designated territory, engaging with dermatologists and allergists.

β€’ Collaborates with Lilly and reports directly to the Vanigent Business Director, Immunology.

β€’ Achieve aligned sales goals through the effective execution of sales engagements with targeted clients.

β€’ Carry out all necessary responsibilities in the assigned territory while adhering to all internal policies and procedures.

β€’ Meet or surpass established expectations for account/call activity and time spent in the territory.

β€’ Navigate a dynamic healthcare landscape with critical thinking and a strategic approach.

β€’ Analyze sales data and propose actions to capitalize on opportunities.

β€’ Develop a comprehensive understanding of the disease state, products, marketplace, and key competitors.

β€’ Generate customer value, demand, and advocacy for the brand.

β€’ Foster and sustain relationships with decision-makers while executing the business unit/brand strategy.


⛳️ Requirements

β€’ BA/BS Degree is required.

β€’ A minimum of 2 years of pharmaceutical sales experience in Immunology is preferred.

β€’ Proven history and documented track record of sales success.

β€’ Experience in navigating complex accounts within integrated health systems.

β€’ Familiarity with or understanding of the specialty pharmacy distribution model.

β€’ Valid driver's license and the ability to travel as needed, including overnight stays and/or weekends.

β€’ Must successfully pass a background check and drug screening.

β€’ Proficient in using CRM platforms.

β€’ Exceptional communication and organizational skills.

β€’ Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams).
