This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Develop and implement a strategic business plan for a broad geographical region to effectively engage, penetrate, and build a network of connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Proactively engage with physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across various medical specialties.
• Key contact points include: Physician offices, Hospital Pharmacies, Operating Rooms, Intensive Care Units, etc.
• Thoroughly understand and articulate clear messages in complex clinical scenarios.
• Comfortable with periodic field travel alongside internal personnel such as Management, Marketing, etc. (ADD).
• Leverage data sources to enhance strategies and efficiencies to seize opportunities offering the highest ROI.
• Achieve or surpass assigned sales and profit objectives.
• Manage and monitor territory-specific information using a CRM system.
• Ability to travel as necessary for the territory/role, which may include air travel (ADD).
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Medical Device, or Healthcare Industry sales.
• Capability to work independently while managing key account relationships.
• Proven record of sales growth while overseeing your own territory.
• Documented history of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of complex clinical information.
• Ability to convey intricate clinical messages to Healthcare Providers in real-time situations.
• Exceptional organization and time management abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills, including the capacity to present to teams and groups.
• Strong interpersonal and virtual engagement capabilities.
• Proficiency in using a CRM tool (e.g., Veeva, Salesforce).
• Independent, yet able to collaborate effectively within a team.
• Strong leadership qualities.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow through on tasks.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
