This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Enhance disease awareness by collaborating with key partners and validating the understanding of treatment initiation processes, patient identification, and more.
• Work with both internal and external partners on matters related to prior authorization, payor restrictions, reimbursement requirements, and patient referrals to facilitate patient access.
• Oversee the sales budget and increase sales throughout the territory by developing a strategic territory plan and effective communications.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to create sales and customer networks.
• Foster relationships and communication with all partners and communities to gain a comprehensive understanding of treatment algorithms and business dynamics within accounts.
• Execute compliant and medically relevant programs to achieve significant customer satisfaction and boost sales.
• Visit and cover all customers within the area of responsibility based on their significance and potential.
• Manage all business-related aspects of accounts, including sales, negotiations, relations with owners and managers, and identifying solutions for customer needs.
• Cultivate strong and productive relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
• Engage in the planning, development, and execution of various meetings and events, such as congresses, round tables, and training sessions.
• Formulate and present action plans aimed at meeting sales targets.
• Plan and monitor agreed-upon account metrics and effectively communicate progress on a monthly or quarterly basis.
• Maintain ongoing awareness of market developments.
• Organize training sessions, informative programs, and product presentations.
• Explore the market for new accounts and identify opportunities for growth.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Associate's +6 years; Master's +0 years).
• Proficiency in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating fluently in English.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in sales account management.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in the healthcare industry (preferably in the eye care pharmaceutical or medical device sector).
• Ability to learn technical information and adapt quickly.
• Valid driving license – category B.
