This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Promote disease awareness among key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with both internal and external partners on prior authorization, payer restrictions, reimbursement criteria, and patient referrals to enhance patient access.
• Oversee the sales budget and increase sales within the territory by creating an effective territory plan and engaging communications.
• Utilize business planning and local market insights to build robust sales and customer networks.
• Foster relationships and communication with all partners and communities to gain a thorough understanding of treatment algorithms and the business dynamics of accounts.
• Execute compliant and medically relevant initiatives to drive significant customer satisfaction and sales results.
• Visit and cover all customers in the designated area based on their significance and potential.
• Manage all business-related aspects of accounts (sales, negotiation, development, relationship with owners and managers, and defining customer needs solutions).
• Cultivate strong and productive relationships with customers and opinion leaders.
• Participate in, develop, and lead various meetings and events (congresses, round tables, training sessions).
• Establish and present action plans aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Plan and monitor agreed-upon account metrics and effectively communicate the progress on a monthly/quarterly basis.
• Maintain continuous awareness of market developments.
• Coordinate training sessions, informative programs, and product presentations.
• Explore the market for new accounts and identify growth opportunities.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +10 years; Associate's +6 years; Master's +0 years).
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and communicating fluently in English.
