This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement and carry out compliant marketing and sales strategies to meet territory goals.
• Create daily and weekly call schedules for thorough and effective coverage of designated targets.
• Conduct client-driven outbound calls, emails, and strategic virtual engagements with assigned targets.
• Organize territory activities and perform meaningful pre- and post-call analyses.
• Collaborate with internal client regulatory and medical affairs teams, as well as the Engagement Center Call Center Manager.
• Address customer needs promptly and effectively.
• Utilize the telephony system and record relevant information in the CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training.
• Assist the US Marketing and Sales team in reaching, selling, motivating, and increasing awareness among target client audiences.
• Contribute to driving business impact for clients in the pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology sectors.
• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales OR a minimum of 1 year in specialty experience.
• Preferred experience with HIV products.
• Strong account management and collaboration skills are essential.
• Experience in digital, tele, or related multi-channel sales is needed.
• Proficient in technical/computer skills, including MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for performance.
• Exceptional selling abilities, including customer engagement and relationship building through e-promotion.
• Ability to prioritize effectively and plan while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Advanced business acumen skills are required.
• Must perform work in compliance with relevant guidelines and customer business rules.
• Some local governments or Syneos Health clients may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
