This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Implement and execute compliant marketing and sales strategies to meet territory goals.
• Develop daily and weekly call schedules to ensure thorough and efficient coverage of targeted accounts.
• Perform client-directed outbound calls, emails, and strategic virtual engagements with assigned targets.
• Conduct territory planning and provide impactful pre- and post-call analysis.
• Collaborate with internal client regulatory and medical affairs teams as well as the Engagement Center Call Center Manager.
• Efficiently and effectively address customer needs.
• Utilize the telephony system and accurately record information in the CRM in accordance with customer business rules and training.
• Assist the US Marketing and Sales team in reaching, selling, motivating, and enhancing awareness among client target audiences.
• Contribute to driving business impact for pharmaceutical, medical device, and biotechnology clients.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR a minimum of 1 year in specialty experience.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in HIV products.
• Required strong account management and collaboration skills.
• Experience in digital, tele, or related multi-channel sales is essential.
• Proficient in technical and computer skills, including MS Office.
• Self-motivated with a strong performance orientation.
• Expert selling skills, with a focus on customer engagement and relationship building through e-promotion.
• Effective prioritization and planning while adhering to compliance guidelines.
• Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.
• Advanced business acumen skills are necessary.
• Must adhere to applicable vaccination requirements as mandated by local governments or Syneos Health customers.
