• Create authentic digital workspaces that replicate everyday pharmaceutical R&D settings, encompassing study protocols, investigator brochures, IND/NDA drafts, pharmacology reports, biomarker analyses, CMC documentation, and internal communications.
• Develop multi-step, workflow-oriented tasks that necessitate navigating various tools, datasets, and stakeholders.
• Integrate commonly utilized platforms (such as clinical trial systems, molecular modeling tools, and electronic lab notebooks) into task environments.
• Partner with peer experts to ensure the realism, rigor, and relevance of scenarios.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to enhance task structures and evaluation frameworks.
• Aid in benchmarking and advancing AI systems employed in pharmaceutical research.
• An advanced degree (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MS with considerable experience); industry fellowship training is advantageous.
• Over 3 years of full-time experience in a pharmaceutical, biotech, or leading academic research setting.
• Proficiency in one or more of the following domains:
• - Drug discovery (medicinal chemistry, biology, HTS, DMPK)
• - Preclinical / translational research (PK/PD, toxicology, biomarkers)
• - Clinical development (Phase I–IV, biostatistics, clinical operations)
• - Regulatory affairs (IND, NDA, BLA, EMA) or CMC
• - Real-world evidence, HEOR, or pharmacovigilance
• Practical experience with industry-standard tools and platforms (e.g., clinical data systems, modeling software, lab management tools).
• Strong analytical skills and the capacity to transform complex workflows into structured task designs.
