• Conduct analysis on user behavior at both the functional level (e.g., utilization of assistant functions) and interaction level (e.g., linguistic patterns, dialog structures, speech behavior) through qualitative and quantitative user research, experimental setups, and extensive data campaigns.
• Extract insights and identify user needs by adhering to human-centered design principles.
• Conceptualize, design, prototype, and evaluate system solutions that assist users throughout the product life cycle.
• Possible research inquiries include: Learning curves, Usage behavior, Behavioral adaptation, and Relationship dynamics.
• A Master’s degree in Cognitive Science, Psychology, Human-Machine Interaction, Interaction Design, Computer Science, or a similar field.
• A robust background in human-centered design, with practical experience in both qualitative and quantitative user research methods, as well as skills in UX concept and prototyping (e.g., Figjam and Frontify).
• Strong understanding of data engineering and data analytics, including proficiency in related coding skills (e.g., Python, data pipelines, statistical analysis).
• An interdisciplinary approach, capable of integrating UX research and AI technology to produce valuable insights and develop user-centric solutions.
