Senior Director, AI Transformation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the AI use case roadmap across various functions.

• Collaborate closely with the CIO to ensure that business priorities are effectively translated into the technical roadmap.

• Identify necessary changes and articulate the reasons behind them.

• Lead the adoption methodology and mentor functional leaders in its implementation.

• Engage directly in the initial 1–2 flagship programs.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience at a prestigious management consulting firm (such as McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or a similar organization).

• Subsequent experience in the technology or software sector, in a role that necessitated close collaboration with IT or engineering leadership.

• Proven ability to transition from strategic planning to execution.

• Respected by both technical and business stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience in deploying AI solutions at an enterprise level.

• Ability to operate effectively without complete authority.

• Strong analytical thinker with clear writing skills.

• Offers a perspective on the role of AI within NICE.

• MBA from a top-tier program.
