• Conduct investigations and categorize cognitive phenomena resembling human thought in language and multimodal AI systems.
• Examine the fundamental mechanisms from both computational and cognitive viewpoints.
• Create and implement experiments to assess model performance, biases, and dependability.
• Innovate concepts and prototypes aimed at reducing undesirable behaviors in practical applications.
• Play a role in advancing safer and more reliable AI for voice assistants and infotainment platforms.
• Completed master’s degree, for instance, in Computer Science, AI/ML, or Psychology.
• Strong foundation in psychology or cognitive science (e.g., cognitive processes, experimental design, behavioral analysis).
• Comprehensive understanding of AI/ML, with experience in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and language models.
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with Generative AI, large language models (LLMs), small language models (SLMs), and vision-language models (VLMs).
• Proficiency in programming (Python preferred) and familiarity with data analysis techniques.
• Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary research that connects human cognition with AI systems.
