This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kentucky.
• Provide primary support to physicians regarding COVID-19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment alternatives.
• Educate targeted individuals on patient identification and preparedness.
• Develop professional relationships with clients through regular communications and ongoing engagement.
• Collaborate with colleagues in customer-facing roles to synchronize objectives and coordinate efforts across various channels and field activities.
• Gain a comprehensive understanding of the customer and market landscape within assigned regions.
• Prioritize opportunities and design local action plans to optimize sales impact.
• Engage with healthcare professionals, responding to inquiries and providing information on drug interactions, supply issues, and treatment eligibility.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the product, patient and consumer education, disease states, market dynamics, quality programs, health information technology, and care trends.
• Utilize only approved promotional materials and supportive resources.
• Execute strategic call plans to surpass objectives for designated regions.
• Analyze customer interactions and available data to customize sales strategies.
• Collaborate on strategies for specific targeted accounts.
• Direct the retail pharmacy customer interface at the local level.
• Conduct pre-call planning, presentations, effective questioning, issue identification, and call summaries.
• Tailor sales messages to meet customer needs.
• Complete call reporting and inventory tracking.
• Fulfill study and certification requirements and maintain supplies, equipment, and records.
• Participate in mandatory sales conferences and training sessions.
• Complete required compliance training within client deadlines.
• Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience, including pharmaceutical sales, medical/medical device sales, professional sales or promotional activities, entrepreneurship, marketing, customer service, account management, pertinent healthcare/scientific roles, education, or full-time military experience.
• Must reside within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Experience in an Urgent Care setting.
• Willingness to travel.
• Valid US driver’s license.
• Driving record in accordance with company standards.
