This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Assist in the upkeep and maintenance of PgMO processes, governance standards, and operational procedures to ensure uniformity across the organization.
• Aggregate program and project information into status reports and dashboards for leadership and stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate PgMO meeting schedules by preparing agendas, recording minutes, tracking action items, and following up on commitments.
• Maintain and systematize PgMO document libraries, templates, and knowledge bases to ensure information is always up-to-date and accessible.
• Supervise risk and issue logs across programs, escalating matters that require attention and keeping registers current.
• Assist in the onboarding process for new team members into tools, processes, and established standards.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose process enhancements to boost PgMO effectiveness.
• 3–5 years of experience in PgMO coordination, project support, executive administration, or business operations.
• Strong expertise in Google (Gmail, Docs, Slides) and Microsoft 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint), along with proficiency in at least one project management platform (Asana, Jira, MS Project, or equivalent).
• Highly organized and detail-focused — adept at noticing what others overlook and taking pride in precision.
• Clear and effective communicator across diverse teams and time zones — written and verbal English at a business-fluent level.
• Comfortable working with data — capable of extracting, organizing, and presenting information in a clear and structured manner.
• Skilled in process and documentation creation — able to transform provided information into new processes and onboarding materials.
• Self-motivated and flexible — capable of handling multiple priorities and adjusting to changing demands without losing focus.
• Service-oriented attitude — enhances the effectiveness of the people and programs around you.
• Business-fluent English is required — both written and verbal.
