This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Organization and execution of sponsorship projects

• Diverse tasks in the preparation and execution of match days

• Development of proposals and concepts for sponsor acquisition as well as for the VIP areas of the Weserstadion

• Support in managing our partners and implementing contractual obligations

• Coordination of PR appointments

• Preparation and follow-up of the VIP areas on home match days at the Weserstadion

• Research tasks & benchmarking

• Administrative support for the sales department on various projects

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed basic studies / at least 2 years of study in the field of business administration, sports management/economics, or similar

• Strong affinity for sports and enthusiasm for football

• High level of commitment, willingness to contribute, and teamwork skills

• Distinct customer and service orientation

• Professional demeanor & strong communication skills

• Independent, structured, and self-reliant working style

• Language skills: German & English (fluent in spoken and written) – additional language skills are an advantage

• Proficient use of MS Office programs (Word and Excel).
