Pflichtpraktikant Business Development

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will assist in the technical maintenance and further development of our online presence (including WordPress, CMS adjustments, plug-in integration).

• You will analyze the performance of our websites and social media channels using SEO and tracking data.

• You will conduct systematic keyword and competitive analyses and derive optimization suggestions from them.

• You will implement tracking and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Suite) and evaluate their data.

• You will develop automated workflows to support sales and business development (e.g., CRM processes, lead routing, reporting, follow-up automations).

• You will analyze sales data, identify optimization potentials, and prepare relevant metrics in meaningful reports and presentations.

• You will ensure the technical quality of content – from loading speed to usability and accessibility.

• You will create reports and dashboards that provide insights into reach, conversions, and target audiences.

⛳️ Requirements

• You are an enrolled student (m/f/d) in a relevant degree program (e.g., Media Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Business Administration, Marketing Engineering, or similar).

• You have a technical interest and ideally some experience with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or CMS systems (e.g., WordPress).

• Basic knowledge of web analytics or SEO tools is an advantage.

• You possess an analytical and solution-oriented mindset and enjoy understanding and optimizing technical processes.

• You are characterized by structured working habits and the ability to clearly present complex data.

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, complete your profile.
