This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Fullstack Development: Design and maintain features of the SaaS platform using React for the frontend and Next.js for the backend, ensuring quality, performance, and scalability.

• Software Architecture: Engage in defining and evolving the platform's architecture, suggesting technical enhancements and supporting long-term structural decisions.

• Technical Leadership: Serve as a technical reference for the team, assisting developers with implementation challenges, code reviews, and best development practices.

• Decision-Making: Actively contribute to decisions related to product, technology, architecture, and development processes.

• Software Quality: Ensure the quality of deliverables through testing, code reviews, observability, and continuous monitoring.

• Problem Solving: Efficiently investigate and resolve complex issues by identifying root causes and implementing sustainable solutions.

• Documentation: Promote a culture of technical documentation by keeping processes, architectures, and integrations properly recorded and up to date.

• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for optimization in processes, development flows, architecture, and user experience of the platform.

• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work collaboratively with product, business, operations, and technology areas to transform needs into scalable solutions.

• Mentoring and Knowledge Sharing: Contribute to the technical growth of the team through mentoring, technical discussions, and dissemination of best practices.

• Innovation: Evaluate new technologies, tools, and approaches that can add value to the company and the evolution of the platform.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in Fullstack development (5+ years);

• Strong experience with JavaScript and/or TypeScript (3+ years);

• Extensive experience with React (3+ years);

• Proven experience with Next.js (3+ years);

• Experience in developing and consuming GraphQL APIs (3+ years);

• Familiarity with both relational and non-relational databases;

• Proficient in Git and code versioning;

• Experience with code review processes;

• Background in automated testing;

• Experience in cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS);

• Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns;

• Understanding of observability practices, monitoring, and troubleshooting;

• Experience working in agile teams.
