📋 Description

• Write and test code incrementally, in an agile manner, and with thorough documentation;

• Conduct excellent code reviews and assist colleagues in making challenging design decisions;

• Continuously test, deploy, and monitor your code in production;

• Develop new tools to assist and optimize the work of the entire team;

• Collaborate with peers to enhance our ecosystem;

• Work on strategic projects for Grupo Boticário;

• Maintain our payment platform by identifying issues, causes, and impacts generated;

• Evolve and decide, together with the team, the future of our payment platform;

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions;

• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and SpringBoot;

• Knowledge of Kafka;

• Interest and understanding of data structures;

• Experience with microservices;

• Experience in monitoring and logging;

• Experience with scheduled tasks;

• Knowledge of REST and event-driven architecture;

• Experience with unit and integration testing;

• Critical viewpoint regarding performance and security;

• Insight into software quality, systems evolution, problem decomposition, and abstraction;

• Strong ability to learn new practices, technologies, programming languages, and engineering cultures;

• Mastery of Git or another collaborative version control system;

• Ability to conduct root cause analysis for software problems;

• Experience with load testing;

• Capacity to mediate conflicts and assist in refining stories;

• Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases;

• Desirable: Experience with payment methods or banking;
