This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +4 more states.
β’ Take ownership of the B2B personalization strategy, including audience segmentation frameworks, profile enrichment priorities, and use case roadmaps for enterprise customer segments.
β’ Establish and oversee audience taxonomy within Adobe Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) and AEP, ensuring segments are well-structured, documented, and aligned with business objectives.
β’ Collaborate with the Data & MarTech Architect regarding data inputs, identity resolution logic, and attribute structures that facilitate personalization in AEP and AJO.
β’ Create and implement content decisioning frameworks and personalization rules in AJO for scalable, audience-driven delivery.
β’ Work alongside the Journey Optimization Lead to integrate targeting logic into active journeys, and coordinate with the creative partner on content variants, briefs, and asset specifications.
β’ Maintain a prioritized backlog of personalization use cases, taking into account data availability, business impact, and effort.
β’ Assist in identity resolution and profile unification in AEP, while also defining governance for audience creation, activation, and overlap.
β’ Convert personalization performance metrics into optimization recommendations in collaboration with the Analytics & Measurement Lead.
β’ A minimum of 7 years of experience in customer segmentation, personalization strategy, audience management, or a similar MarTech field.
β’ Proficiency with Adobe RTCDP or AEP is preferred; however, candidates with substantial experience in comparable enterprise CDPs (Salesforce Data Cloud, Tealium, Segment, Optimizely) are also encouraged to apply, as the right strategist can quickly adapt to Adobe.
β’ Deep understanding of B2B data structures, account-based marketing (ABM) segmentation, and the stages of the enterprise customer lifecycle.
β’ Knowledge of identity resolution, first-party data strategies, and profile unification within a CDP.
β’ Experience in building and managing content decisioning frameworks, offer management, or personalization strategies for multi-channel programs.
β’ Proven ability to collaborate effectively across creative, data, analytics, and technology teams.
β’ Excellent writing skills for crafting personalization briefs and audience requirement specifications.
β’ **Preferred Qualifications:**
β’ Direct experience with AJO offer decisioning, content cards, or real-time personalization features.
β’ Involvement in a CDP implementation or migration within a personalization or segmentation capacity.
β’ Familiarity with Adobe Audience Manager or third-party data enrichment.
β’ Understanding of B2B KPIs, account engagement scoring, and intent data.
β’ Background in MarTech consulting or agency delivery.
β’ Experience in enterprise B2B sectors such as telecommunications, technology, or financial services.
