Strategic Advisor – Hardlines / Softlines

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Lead the planning and implementation of strategic initiatives and projects.

• Collaborate with Solution Advisors to develop a pipeline for software and advisory services in the Hardlines and Softlines sectors.

• Direct the blueprinting and high-level design phases of projects for key Hardlines clients, focusing on business processes, crucial design decisions, and enterprise architecture.

• Create and deliver recommendations to customer leadership, ensuring that insights are data-driven and aligned with business objectives.

• Assist team leadership in defining engagement strategies, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and managing client communications.

• Engage in thought leadership activities, including market research, internal frameworks, and executive-ready content development.

• Work alongside cross-functional teams to implement solution rollouts and strategic initiatives.

• Recognize and prioritize growth opportunities through analytical data assessments and industry insights.

• Maintain high-quality deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of combined experience in a Tier 1 Retail organization (Hardlines and/or Softlines) and/or management consulting serving retail clients.

• Experience in both operating within and transforming essential business processes, including managing teams responsible for daily operations and contributing to the design or enhancement of these processes in a Tier 1 retail environment.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Ability to influence C-Level Executives with a proven record as a trusted advisor.

• Strong skills in process modeling.

• Demonstrated success in delivering effective strategic initiatives and projects across the Retail Hardlines and/or Softlines sectors.
