This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
β’ Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote maritime leisure vacation packages.
β’ Offer tailored recommendations and assistance to clients based on their individual preferences.
β’ Establish rapport with customers to effectively understand their vacation needs and desires.
β’ Employ persuasive selling techniques to motivate customers to book their ideal oceanic leisure vacation.
β’ Address customer inquiries and deliver exceptional service throughout the booking journey.
β’ Follow up with clients via email to offer additional information and support.
β’ Exhibit consistent and dependable performance, achieving or surpassing sales goals and customer service metrics.
β’ Keep precise records of customer interactions, sales transactions, and service requests in the CRM system. Stay updated on the latest cruise offerings, promotions, and industry trends.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
β’ Demonstrated experience in outbound sales and customer service, ideally within the travel or hospitality sector.
β’ A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the BPO/Call Center industry.
β’ Strong interpersonal abilities to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
β’ A natural inclination towards achieving sales targets, with a history of consistent performance.
β’ Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities.
β’ Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Proficient in utilizing CRM software and other sales/service tools.
