
Personal Training Sales Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Conduct 4 to 6 Zoom sales calls each day, typically lasting 1 hour per call.
• Convert warm inbound leads into personal training package sales.
• Participate in daily sales meetings.
• Complete daily administrative tasks and reporting.
• Collaborate closely with appointment setters and the sales team.
• Adhere to the company's sales process and coaching recommendations.
• Prior experience in selling personal training, fitness memberships, or wellness services is highly preferred.
• Must be able to commit to a full-time schedule of at least 40 hours per week.
• Availability for some evenings and weekends is required.
• Strong proficiency in English communication skills is essential.
• Must exhibit confidence when speaking on the phone and via Zoom.
• Must be coachable, motivated, and focused on performance.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced team-oriented environment is necessary.
• Experience in high-ticket sales, insurance, phone sales, outbound prospecting, cold calling, door-to-door sales, or in-person sales is a significant advantage.
• Commission-based earnings ranging from 8% to 12% for each closed deal.
