Personal Shopper

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oregon.

📋 Description

• Interact with customers on a daily basis via phone, email, digital shopping chat, and SMS, offering valuable information regarding merchandise, events, promotions, policies, and services.

• Foster customer relationships through personalized interactions and act as a trusted advisor on styling and brand knowledge.

• Build and develop a customer base by establishing connections with new clients while retaining and enhancing relationships with existing ones.

• Suggest merchandise based on expert product knowledge and customer preferences.

• Plan your own business development and proactively enhance productivity through suggestive selling and strong customer connections.

• Meet personal and business sales targets along with key performance indicators.

• Employ selling tools and technology to effectively sell across all channels.

• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best customer experience is delivered.

• Actively contribute to a positive workplace atmosphere through teamwork and cooperation.

• Maintain constructive working relationships within the company.

• Schedule timely and relevant feedback/follow-up with the Manager as requested.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of four (4) years of proven experience as a personal shopper, stylist, or in a retail employee or managerial role.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Experience in customer service-oriented positions with a demonstrated ability to sell products and services.

• Proficiency in technology platforms commonly used in retail and customer service, including email, chat systems, texting platforms, and CRM tools (such as Salesforce).

• Strong understanding of fashion trends, along with a talent for styling children's clothing.

• Attentive to customers' interests, requests, and boundaries.

• Ability to curate collections suitable for everyday wear, leisure, and special occasions.

• Must be adaptable and available during evenings, weekends, and holidays (Pacific Time) to support business hours, including one weekend and four weekday shifts.

• Demonstrated strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint, particularly in Excel and Outlook mail merges.

• Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Commerce Cloud is highly preferred.
