Personal Lines Retention Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Conduct a thorough review of each policy upon renewal, collaborating directly with the client and guiding them toward the most advantageous options for their upcoming policy period.

• Determine when it is best to retain a client in their current position and when to explore re-marketing their account through our extensive network of carriers to secure a better deal.

• Manage a portfolio of over 2,000 accounts annually, treating each account with the utmost care and attention.

• Collaborate with our exceptional teams to provide a premier, boutique client experience in every interaction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines insurance within a client-facing capacity.

• A valid P&C insurance license is required.

• Must be able to work during PST hours (8 AM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday) regardless of location within the U.S.

• A natural relationship-builder and leader, possessing a warm, clear, and approachable communication style.

• Organized and proactive; someone who anticipates renewal needs rather than merely responding to them.
