• Perform proactive policy evaluations to uncover coverage gaps and opportunities for account rounding.
• Prepare renewal proposals and re-market accounts as needed to guarantee competitive coverage and pricing.
• Deliver prompt, solution-focused customer support through phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
• Ensure accurate documentation within the agency management system while complying with guidelines.
• Collaborate with producers and team members to enhance client retention, cross-selling initiatives, and overall client satisfaction.
• At least 2 years of experience in Personal Insurance Account Management is essential.
• Candidates must reside in the New England region or be within a two-hour commute from Oxford, CT.
• Possess strong professionalism and ethical standards.
• Demonstrate consistent follow-through on deadlines, meetings, and client commitments.
