Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice Litigation Paralegal

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver remote, on-demand assistance for both short-term and long-term legal projects for client law firms.

• Oversee active litigation files and provide support to attorneys throughout every stage of litigation.

• Prepare pleadings, correspondence, and discovery documents.

• Manage personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of litigation experience in the State of Florida.

• Previous experience in managing personal injury and/or medical malpractice litigation cases.

• Strong background in paralegal work, legal secretarial duties, and administrative tasks.

• Capability to manage active litigation files and assist attorneys throughout all phases of litigation.

• Proven experience in drafting pleadings, correspondence, discovery, and other litigation-related documents.

• Solid understanding of Florida litigation procedures, deadlines, and court requirements.

• Ability to effectively manage a busy senior partner’s legal and social calendar with outstanding organizational and time management skills.

• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• A self-starter who can take initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
