Personal Injury Attorney, Missouri

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.

📋 Description

• Oversee plaintiff personal injury cases from initial intake to resolution and trial, encompassing case strategy, discovery, depositions, motions, and settlement negotiations.

• Advocate for clients in Missouri state courts, including hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials.

• Counsel clients on their legal rights and options while formulating case strategies.

• Draft and present pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, settlement demands, and other litigation documents.

• Collaborate with paralegals and support staff to prepare exhibits, witnesses, evidence, and trial strategies.

• Assess liability, damages, insurance coverage, medical evidence, and litigation risks.

• Ensure consistent, professional communication with clients throughout the litigation process.

• Handle a significant caseload while adhering to Missouri court deadlines, procedural requirements, and client expectations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in plaintiff-side personal injury litigation.

• Must possess an active license to practice law in Missouri.

• Must be in good standing with the Missouri Bar.

• Extensive courtroom and trial experience with a proven record of favorable outcomes in personal injury cases.

• Strong knowledge of Missouri personal injury litigation, court procedures, and relevant state laws.

• Exceptional skills in litigation, courtroom advocacy, negotiation, legal writing, and oral argument.

• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and exceptional attention to detail.

• Self-motivated and organized; capable of managing a full caseload independently in a remote setting.

• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, intake staff, and other departments.
