Personal Banker – Future Opportunities

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Provide clients with expert guidance on a wide array of investment and credit banking options.

• Interact with customers to cultivate positive experiences that foster loyalty and enhance relationships.

• Deliver tailored financial advice, addressing queries and concerns from customers.

• Serve as a primary contact for frontline staff in resolving customer issues.

• Collaborate with current and prospective clients to conduct financial reviews, discuss portfolio changes, and recommend additional customized solutions.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging trends, changing regulations, and industry ethical standards.

• Ensure documentation is prepared in accordance with applicable regulations.

• Actively contribute as a team member to promote a positive and diverse workplace culture.

⛳️ Requirements

• A high school diploma and/or at least 1 year of relevant experience.

• A Post-Secondary or Undergraduate degree in a related field is advantageous.

• Completion of IFIC or an equivalent certification is mandatory.

• CFSA certification must be obtained within 12 months of employment, if hired.

• Experience in real estate-secured lending and/or investments is a plus.

• Strong understanding of advanced investment and credit processes, banking solutions, and concepts to provide tailored advice in a dynamic environment.

• Proficient in software applications, including MS Office and internet applications.

• A tactful communicator capable of conveying ideas and customer information clearly and logically.

• A self-starter with excellent organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
