• Manage daily service requests, including endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and coverage verifications.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping in the agency management system (e.g., AMS360), maintaining up-to-date documentation and activity logs.
• Generate certificates of insurance, ID cards, evidence of insurance, and other related policy documents.
• Analyze upcoming renewals for changes in rates, risks, and retention strategies.
• Engage proactively with clients to confirm their needs and resolve any concerns prior to renewal.
• Collaborate with producers on remarketing strategies and policy reviews.
• Obtain comparative quotes from multiple carriers when suitable.
• Recognize opportunities for bundling, discounts, or enhanced coverage options.
• Support quoting for cross-sold or newly introduced policies (e.g., umbrella, valuables, secondary homes).
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, delivering responsive and courteous service.
• Professionally manage incoming calls, emails, and client inquiries with empathy.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, claims processes, or coverage clarifications as necessary.
• Operate effectively within carrier portals, underwriting platforms, and comparative raters.
• Stay informed about carrier appetite, underwriting standards, and operational procedures.
• Work collaboratively with team members to distribute workload, support inter-branch requirements, and maintain team standards.
• Previous experience in a personal lines insurance servicing position.
• Knowledge of coastal risks and relevant underwriting guidelines.
• Valid Property & Casualty license.
• Proficient in using agency management systems (preferably AMS360) and carrier portals.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
• Capability to work independently as well as within a cooperative team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a dedication to client satisfaction.
