
Permanency Mediation Training Specialist β Supervisor, Part-Time

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
β’ Provide continuous oversight and assistance to subcontracted mediators within your designated region.
β’ Evaluate court referrals and assess the appropriateness of the program.
β’ Distribute mediation cases fairly, taking into account the complexity of cases and the expertise of mediators.
β’ Facilitate regular supervision sessions to enhance mediator growth, skill enhancement, and ensure quality practice.
β’ Guarantee adherence to program policies, contractual obligations, and industry best practices.
β’ Fulfill case-related administrative duties and uphold precise program data.
β’ Aid in the creation, organization, and execution of Permanency Mediation training and continuing education programs.
β’ Offer direct permanency mediation services as required.
β’ Organize advisory meetings to pinpoint and tackle systemic obstacles.
β’ Actively engage in program meetings and collaborative efforts.
β’ Undertake additional responsibilities that contribute to the success of the Permanency Mediation Program.
β’ At least three (3) years of mediation experience (Required)
β’ Exceptional leadership, facilitation, teaching, and communication abilities.
β’ A valid driver's license.
β’ Capability to travel locally throughout Massachusetts for court appearances, trainings, meetings, and mediation services.
β’ A Master's degree in a relevant field (Preferred).
β’ A minimum of four (4) years of experience in child welfare (Preferred).
