This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Responsible for the sustainable development and expansion of the sales territory
• Establishing long-term partnerships with hospitals and interventional physicians in the fields of radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology
• Providing consultation and clinical support for the application of our innovative Penumbra products
• Independently executing product launches and conducting presentations for users and purchasing departments
• Strategically analyzing and further developing existing accounts while identifying new market potentials
• Building and maintaining close relationships with key decision-makers and opinion leaders
• Implementing regional sales and marketing strategies with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Assisting in interventional procedures and providing direct support in the clinical environment
• Representing Penumbra at congresses, workshops, and industry events
• Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams at both national and European levels
• Completed training or degree in medicine, natural sciences, or business administration
• Several years of sales experience with a strong focus on closing deals and a passion for uncovering new potentials
• Understanding of clinical processes and the ability to build trust-based relationships in a hospital setting
• Motivated individual with a compelling presence, high initiative, and enthusiasm for innovative MedTech solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, along with a collaborative and solution-oriented working style
• High willingness to learn, flexibility, and motivation to succeed in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment
• Independent, structured, and reliable working style with a high degree of personal responsibility
• Fluent German and good English language skills, both spoken and written
• Willingness to travel regularly within the sales territory
