This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Oversee and enhance customer relationships within the peripheral vascular and endovascular intervention sectors, emphasizing procedural support and clinical value.
• Discover new business prospects and implement strategies for territorial growth across hospitals and interventional centers.
• Assist physicians during endovascular PV procedures in the OR/cath lab environment by offering comprehensive product knowledge and guidance.
• Provide hands-on product training and education for interventional applications.
• Act as the primary contact for all inquiries related to peripheral vascular intervention (PVI).
• Keep track of customer inventory levels and collaborate with internal teams to guarantee timely product availability.
• Record territory activities and progress in the CRM system, delivering regular performance updates.
• Participate in industry events, workshops, and meetings that focus on endovascular/interventional vascular therapies.
• 3-5 years of experience in sales within peripheral vascular/endovascular interventions, with significant exposure to interventional settings (cath lab/OR).
• Background in interventional cardiology, interventional radiology, or vascular surgery, ideally possessing hands-on procedural experience in the cath lab/OR.
• Proven experience in supporting physicians during minimally invasive endovascular procedures in a sales-driven, interventional medical device context.
• Strong understanding of endovascular treatment pathways, such as PV interventions, access, closure, embolization, stenting, etc.
• Excellent capability to build trusted relationships with interventional physicians and OR/cath lab teams.
• High learning agility and clinical curiosity in the rapidly evolving field of endovascular therapies.
• Proficient in both Polish and English.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the designated territory.
