This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Responsible for the sustainable growth and strategic expansion of the sales territory.

• Establish and nurture long-lasting partnerships with hospitals and interventional physicians in the fields of radiology, vascular surgery, and cardiology.

• Offer technical consultation and clinical support for the utilization of Penumbra’s cutting-edge products.

• Independently manage product launches and deliver engaging presentations to clinicians and procurement teams.

• Conduct strategic analyses, enhance existing accounts, and discover new market opportunities.

• Foster and sustain close relationships with key healthcare decision-makers and opinion leaders.

• Execute regional sales and marketing strategies with a significant level of autonomy.

• Actively assist in interventional procedures and provide hands-on support in clinical settings.

• Represent Penumbra at conferences, workshops, and professional gatherings.


⛳️ Requirements

• Completed vocational training or a university degree in medicine, life sciences, or business administration.

• Several years of sales experience with strong closing abilities and a proven track record in systematically developing new business opportunities.

• Excellent understanding of clinical workflows and the capability to create sustainable, trust-based relationships within a hospital context.

• Ideally, experience in the cath lab, particularly in the cardiovascular sector (vascular surgery, peripheral).

• Proficient in systematically building and expanding sales territories.

• Strong interest in innovative MedTech solutions and their clinical applications in interventional settings.

• Professional demeanor with outstanding communication and presentation skills when engaging with clinical and administrative stakeholders.

• High learning agility and the ability to quickly and effectively master complex medical-technical information.

• Team-oriented individual with a proactive approach and a proven ability to execute in the field.

• Structured, independent, and reliable working style with a high level of personal responsibility and prioritization skills.

• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both written and spoken.

• Willingness to travel extensively within the sales territory.
