Perioperative Sales Specialist – CT, RI, Westchester NY, West MA, Long Island

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and implement a strategic business plan for your territory aimed at driving competitive conversions and increasing revenue.

• Develop and oversee a strong pipeline of opportunities within designated hospitals and surgery centers.

• Deliver sales presentations, conduct product demonstrations, and facilitate evaluations to position Mindray’s anesthesia and monitoring solutions as the preferred option.

• Collaborate on a daily basis with various cross-functional team members, including Clinical Specialists, Corporate Accounts, Marketing, Service, and Sales Support teams.

• Lead post-sale activities by coordinating installations, in-services, and initiatives aimed at customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain robust relationships with clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders.

• Contribute to both regional and national strategic initiatives to enhance Mindray’s brand and support the development of Key Opinion Leaders (KOL).

• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with company objectives.

• Optionally take on the role of Field Trainer to assist in onboarding and developing new sales hires.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.

• Proven track record in capital or medical equipment sales, consistently exceeding quotas.

• Strong skills in cold-calling, pipeline management, and delivering presentations.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Capability to build trust and navigate complex decision-making processes within hospitals.

• High energy level, strategic thinking abilities, and self-motivation.

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and CRM systems.

• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across various divisions.
