
Performance Specialist – Channels and Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Oversee and evaluate partner program KPIs including ARR added, NMRR, NRC, Partner Efficiency, and demand generation.
• Create dashboards and reports that transform complex data into actionable insights for leadership and partners.
• Develop and execute action plans that have a direct impact on partners' performance and revenue.
• Coordinate multiple internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
• Participate in the advancement of processes, methodologies, and governance related to the VAR program.
• Background in RevOps, Business Analytics, Management Consulting, or Operations within B2B SaaS organizations.
• Proficient understanding of revenue metrics analysis (ARR, NRR, MRR, Churn, Expansion) and crafting data-driven strategies.
• Capability to lead cross-functional projects independently and with influence.
• Knowledge of analytics and BI tools, along with CRM systems.
• Excellent executive-level communication skills and a structured approach, utilizing frameworks like PDCA, OKRs, and agile methodologies.
