This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Compile, submit, and consolidate program-related reports to the Department by specified deadlines.
• Assist the Hub Director in ensuring that subrecipients, implementation partners, and community-based organizations fulfill reporting requirements.
• Collect, create, review, analyze, and monitor performance metrics and outcomes mandated by NC DHHS to guarantee compliance and understanding, as well as to pinpoint potential areas for improvement.
• Deliver results, findings, interpretations, and recommendations concerning performance metrics to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related fields is mandatory.
• A minimum of two (2) years of experience in managing the input and output of data within large databases for enterprise-level organizations, ideally those associated with behavioral or physical health.
• At least two (2) years of experience working with Medicaid/Medicare, population health, behavioral health, I/DD, and/or TBI data is preferred.
