Business Analyst – Strategic Insights

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.

📋 Description

• Gain a thorough understanding of the Revenue Cycle and lead or assist in project initiatives that directly influence the organization's profitability.

• Develop and sustain a comprehensive project plan, establishing ambitious goals and timelines as requested by executives.

• Assess the impact on Yield, Bad Debt, and overall project ROI, along with conducting solution analysis.

• Engage in and potentially spearhead project updates with executives and stakeholders.

• Actively track the outcomes and insights of the team’s portfolio through data analytics, trend analysis, and root cause analysis.

• Propose and initiate process enhancements in areas that significantly affect the organization.

• Regularly meet with project teams to facilitate next steps based on data-driven insights, offering both facilitation and analytical support.

• Connect frequently with business partners and affected teams to nurture relationships and provide high-level updates and results on initiatives.

• Conduct ad hoc data analytics and deep-dive inquiries.

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

• At least two (2) years of experience is required (recent graduates with relevant project experience during their studies will also be considered).

• Project Management experience is preferred.

• Proven ability to thrive in a self-directed work environment.

• Intermediate proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience in data analysis and/or process innovation is essential.

• Strong capability to create and communicate materials suitable for executive-level audiences.

• Demonstrated ability to perform and interpret both quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Technical and/or statistical knowledge is required (e.g., Netezza, PL/SQL, Tableau, Oracle, Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence, Python, SPSS, Statistical Modeling, etc.).
