This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the metrics for each client.

• Create, uphold, and continually enhance monthly performance reports for all clients within the agency's portfolio (Agency Analytics is utilized as our reporting suite).

• Extract and integrate data from paid media platforms (such as Google Ads and Meta Ads), social media platforms (including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok), as well as website analytics tools (GA4, Google Search Console) into clear and cohesive reports.

• Collaborate with the discipline lead to ensure that each report narrates a story—highlighting not just past events, but their implications and future actions.

• Design and maintain reporting templates and dashboards that facilitate easy interpretation and actionable insights for both clients and internal teams.

• Track performance trends across clients and identify anomalies, opportunities, and risks before they escalate into issues.

• Recognize patterns within our client portfolio, determining what strategies are effective, which are not, and where opportunities exist to replicate success.

• Provide a cross-client perspective that individual specialists may overlook, identifying macro-level insights from the data.

• Address data requests from specialists, account leads, and the wider team, transforming raw data into clear, actionable outputs.

• Assist the team in addressing specific business inquiries through structured analyses, whether it's diagnosing a performance decline, assessing an opportunity, or evaluating a test.

• Work closely with specialists in performance, SEO, social media, and CRM to comprehend their questions and expedite their answers.

• Actively seek ways to enhance report usefulness, production efficiency, and client impressiveness.

• Suggest tools, integrations, or process enhancements that minimize manual efforts and enhance data quality.

• Contribute to the development of reporting best practices across the team, ensuring consistency and scalability in standards.

• Ensure timely delivery of monthly client reports across all disciplines.

• Collaborate with specialists to confirm that the correct metrics are tracked and reported in alignment with each client’s objectives.

• Stay updated on platform reporting changes, new metrics, and analytics best practices.

• Share insights and data learnings across the team to guide strategy and planning.

• Participate in fostering office culture and nurturing positive team dynamics.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a reporting, analytics, or data-centric marketing position.

• Previous experience in an agency setting is preferred but not mandatory.

• Proficient use of Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics from social platforms.

• A genuine capability to convert data into clear, understandable insights; you don’t merely present numbers, but elucidate their significance.

• Strong organizational skills, able to handle multiple reporting cycles and deadlines simultaneously.

• Exceptional attention to detail; you identify anomalies that others may miss and ensure every number is rigorously checked before release.

• A proactive, solution-oriented approach; you seek to understand what the data conveys, rather than merely addressing the initial request.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, effective with peers, clients, and leadership alike.

• A self-starter who thrives both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• A foundational understanding of current data privacy regulations and compliance standards.

• **Desirable skills or nice-to-have:**

• Experience with reporting or visualization tools (such as Looker Studio, Supermetrics, or similar).
