Business Intelligence Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee data analytics, governance, reporting, automation, and technology enablement initiatives.

• Convert data into actionable insights and develop scalable reporting solutions.

• Create, develop, and implement dashboards that align with the client’s BI platform.

• Manage the account data governance program effectively.

• Offer solution architecture, design guidance, and technical oversight.

• Collaborate with the account team and client to establish the analytics roadmap.

• Perform data assessments and mapping activities to facilitate system integrations.

• Interpret structured and unstructured data to generate strategic insights.

• Evaluate portfolio trends to pinpoint risks, opportunities, and process interdependencies.

• Develop short-term BI solutions to address immediate reporting requirements.

• Utilize advanced analytics tools to convert data and automate workflows.

• Lead, mentor, and nurture a high-performing analytics team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Management, Analytics, or similar technical positions.

• 3+ years of experience in leading, mentoring, and developing technical or analytical teams.

• Expertise in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query, dashboard creation, and report optimization.

• Experience in designing and managing SharePoint Online environments.

• Strong background in Power Automate, Power Apps, workflow design, and business process automation.

• Proficiency in SQL, data integration, ETL processes, and database design.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace tools.

• Experience in commercial real estate, CMMS, financial data, or systems such as Yardi, IBM TRIRIGA, and Triana is highly preferred.
