Client Reporting Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement tailored reporting solutions.

• Create automated and self-service options that enable users to efficiently access data and reporting.

• Engage in change management, provide go-live support, and maintain training documentation for end-users.

• Execute project management tasks by delivering project estimates, setting target dates, and organizing development activities.

• Monitor, detect, and resolve issues related to reporting and data.

• Develop new workflows or modify existing reports as necessary.

• Comprehend data structures, values, and transformations when required.

• Contribute to the establishment of standards, processes, and procedures aimed at enhancing reporting and validation quality and accuracy.

• Work on client projects with a strong sense of urgency.

• Utilize a variety of data and reporting tools, such as Alteryx, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Snowflake, and Tableau.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in data analysis.

• 1–3 years of experience in project management.

• Advanced expertise in business analysis techniques.

• A strong enthusiasm for technology and identifying the most suitable tools for tasks.

• Capability to manage multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and meet deadlines under pressure.

• A problem-solving mindset focused on finding solutions rather than just completing tasks.

• A positive attitude towards delivering exceptional client experiences.

• Ability to achieve working knowledge to expert-level proficiency in all company software platforms.

• Understanding of processes across multiple departments and interdepartmental interactions.

• Capacity to propose process optimization and cost-saving initiatives to the management team.

• Excellent time management skills.

• Outstanding listening and communication abilities.

• Detail-oriented and focused.

• Payroll experience is preferred but not mandatory.
