This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Establish the enterprise market intelligence agenda and manage the comprehensive delivery of insights for PD and acute portfolios, focusing on the most critical business questions (e.g., market entry, growth potential, competitive threats).
• Execute and consolidate primary and secondary research to derive insights on market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Create and sustain market models, revenue projections, and segmentation frameworks to assist in portfolio and commercial planning.
• Convert competitive intelligence into actionable insights and recommendations for the business.
• Facilitate the integration of market and competitive insights into executive decision-making; act as the main thought partner for Commercial and Marketing leadership.
• Oversee the market intelligence contributions to portfolio strategy and planning initiatives.
• Direct the creation of executive-level materials, including strategic reviews and planning discussions.
• Identify systemic gaps between the insights generated and actions implemented; spearhead efforts to overcome adoption barriers among stakeholder groups.
• Develop tools, templates, and communication strategies that ensure insights are accessible and actionable for field and functional teams.
• Manage the roadmap for the development of market intelligence capabilities.
• A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 6-10+ years of experience in market intelligence, strategy, consulting, or commercial analytics.
• Proven experience in leading market research and translating insights into business recommendations.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including revenue modeling and business case development.
• Excellent communication abilities, with a talent for converting analysis into insights.
• Preference for a robust understanding of healthcare ecosystems, including customers, competitors, and regulatory factors.
• Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
