This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Implement performance marketing initiatives across both digital and offline platforms.
• Manage paid media, email campaigns, landing pages, and promotions to drive lead generation and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor and report on campaign performance metrics such as ROMI, CPA, CTR, and contributions to the sales pipeline.
• Engage in post-campaign evaluations and continuous optimization efforts.
• Assist with A/B testing and experimentation aimed at enhancing conversion rates and overall campaign effectiveness.
• Adhere to established performance marketing workflows, templates, and best practices.
• Recognize and communicate opportunities for process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and GTM Operations teams.
• Support audience segmentation, list organization, and data gathering efforts.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery and execution of campaign assets.
• Bring issues to the attention of senior team members as necessary.
• Travel to the Middle Tennessee region 2–4 times a year for team meetings.
• A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline is required.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing or performance marketing with practical campaign management.
• Expertise in marketing analytics and performance evaluation, including ROMI, CPA, CTR, and pipeline contributions.
• Familiarity with coordinating multi-channel campaigns across digital and offline mediums.
• Proven experience with A/B testing and utilizing insights to enhance campaign outcomes.
• Strong collaboration skills across various functions, including Product Marketing, Sales, Creative, and Operations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities with both internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Willingness to travel to the Middle Tennessee area 2–4 times a year for team gatherings.
• Active involvement in an evangelical Christian church is required.
• Experience in supporting B2B or multi-channel demand generation campaigns in a matrixed environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with PowerBI, Monday.com, GA4, Claude.ai, or Workfront is preferred.
• Background in a mission-driven or ministry-focused organization is preferred.
