Performance Marketing Specialist – Paid Media

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bangladesh.

📋 Description

• Strategizing, implementing, and expanding campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google Search, Display, and YouTube.

• Overseeing performance across various client accounts, ensuring objectives are met.

• Enhancing performance on essential client KPIs across multiple platforms.

• Developing and executing cross-channel strategies that unify creative, targeting, and funnel stages.

• Conducting comprehensive audits and providing actionable insights for all advertising accounts.

• Daily monitoring of account health, pacing, and performance, with proactive risk escalation.

• Leading testing methodologies across platforms (ad copy, creatives, bidding strategies, audiences).

• Delivering cross-channel insights to optimize budget allocation and maximize ROI.

• Collaborating closely with internal Creative, CRO, and Client Success teams.

• Utilizing AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) to improve workflows, ideation, or analysis.

• Mentoring and supporting junior specialists/coordinators across paid media channels.

• Keeping abreast of industry trends and platform updates within the Google and Meta ecosystems.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in Paid Media, including at least 2 years in Google Ads (Search + Display).

• Demonstrated success in managing and scaling substantial ad budgets across various platforms.

• Solid knowledge of funnel KPIs and advanced attribution techniques.

• Practical experience with: Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok Ads Manager, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube). Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, GA4, and conversion tracking setups is a plus.

• An analytical mindset: capable of interpreting complex data, generating reports, and making performance-driven decisions.

• Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.

• Bonus: Practical creative experience (UGC, Canva, video, etc.)

• Bonus: Experience with LinkedIn Ads or programmatic platforms.
