This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Africa.
• Manage multiple client advertising accounts on Meta and Google platforms.
• Design, develop, and launch effective campaigns from the ground up.
• Efficiently oversee campaign budgets to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• Continuously refine campaigns based on performance analytics.
• Perform audience research and devise targeting strategies.
• Create testing frameworks for creatives, copy, and landing pages.
• Conduct daily monitoring of campaign performance and implement data-driven enhancements.
• Suggest new growth opportunities for client accounts.
• Recognize trends and proactively recommend campaign enhancements.
• Formulate media strategies that align with client goals.
• Provide guidance on budget distribution across platforms.
• Contribute to the overall digital growth strategy.
• Generate clear performance reports for clients.
• Analyze campaign metrics and convert data into actionable insights.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) including:
• - ROAS
• - CPA
• - CPL
• - CTR
• - Conversion Rate
• - CAC
• Present recommendations based on campaign outcomes.
• Build strong, trusted relationships with clients.
• Articulate campaign performance in clear, business-friendly language.
• Engage in strategy meetings as necessary.
• Proactively address client inquiries and requests.
• Stay informed about changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.
• Propose new campaign formats, automation possibilities, and best practices.
• Keep abreast of AI tools and emerging advertising technologies.
• Over 4 years of practical experience with Meta Ads.
• More than 4 years of managing Google Ads campaigns.
• Demonstrated success in overseeing multiple client accounts.
• Strong comprehension of ecommerce and lead generation campaigns.
• Experience handling substantial monthly advertising budgets.
• Exceptional analytical capabilities.
• Strong skills in reporting and presentations.
• Highly organized and self-directed.
• Comfortable working remotely with little oversight.
• Excellent proficiency in written and spoken English.
