This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and enhance campaigns directly within Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Oversee external performance partners and assess their effectiveness.
• Review ad creatives and deliver data-informed feedback to the design team.
• Utilize algorithmic suggestions and evaluate their impact.
• Identify opportunities for automation and recommend enhancements.
• Monitor outcomes and extract actionable insights from performance metrics.
• Work collaboratively with Content, Social Media, and Email Marketing teams.
• Multiple years of practical experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
• Strong proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads, having personally built and optimized campaigns.
• Knowledge of AI-driven advertising systems such as Meta Andromeda, Smart Bidding, and Advantage+.
• Confident in managing performance KPIs and data-driven optimization.
• Familiarity with price comparison platforms (idealo, billiger.de) and retargeting networks (Criteo).
• Experience with automation tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) is advantageous but not essential.
• Basic understanding of scripting or API utilization.
• Background in the beauty or cosmetics sector.
