Performance Marketing Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Initiate and oversee multiple client campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms for mid and high-tier clients, ensuring that all campaigns achieve or surpass their KPIs.

• Continuously enhance ad performance by utilizing CDM best practices, innovative campaign strategies, audience segmentation, and creative iterations to maximize ROI.

• Regularly assess campaign performance data to uncover trends, insights, and areas needing improvement. Employ data-driven strategies to boost campaign effectiveness.

• Collaborate closely with the Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Specialist to identify tactics for improving underperforming accounts.

• Actively seek and capitalize on opportunities to scale successful campaigns while optimizing those that are underperforming.

• Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions regarding budget allocation and targeting strategies.

• Write compelling copy to enhance ad campaigns, landing page conversion rates, and video campaign performance.

• Manage a Meta/TikTok ad budget ranging from $150,000 to $300,000 per month in performance spending.

• Create scripts for ad copy, creatives, and varied messaging in your advertorials.

• Work together with our Creative team to enhance video ad campaigns.

• Partner with the CSM team to identify and resolve significant issues.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience managing performance Facebook campaigns for lead generation or e-commerce accounts.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in direct response marketing.

• Familiarity with creative briefs and the ideation of video campaigns.

• Advanced knowledge and practical experience with Facebook and Instagram ad platforms.

• Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking capabilities.

• Highly organized and detail-oriented, possessing excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Highly preferred: Experience in enhancing conversion rate optimization.

• Highly preferred: Previous experience in an agency setting.
