Performance Marketing Operations Manager

📋 Description

• Translate leadership initiatives into actionable tasks and timelines.

• Collaborate with internal teams (executive, development, accounting) and external partners to facilitate program launches.

• Oversee workflows, timelines, and task management across various workstreams.

• Assist in comprehensive tracking across performance marketing channels.

• Configure and conduct quality assurance on tracking systems across platforms.

• Ensure accurate data flow from source to lead to revenue.

• Identify and address basic tracking issues, escalating them when necessary.

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly reporting.

• Monitor key performance indicators (CPL, revenue per lead/call, conversion rates, margin).

• Convert data into clear, actionable insights.

• Create and manage spreadsheets and reporting frameworks.

• Contribute to process improvements for setup, quality assurance, and reporting.

• Serve as a liaison between strategy, development, marketing, and operations.

• Help ensure stakeholder alignment.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in performance marketing, marketing operations, analytics, or a related field.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study is strongly preferred.

• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Basic knowledge of HTML.

• Experience with tracking, attribution, and data workflows.

• Familiarity with lead generation or affiliate marketing platforms.

• Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.

• Capability to independently manage multiple projects.
